For majority of the gyro used bulk silicon micromachining, the system noise is mainly from the readout circuit, so the use of high-precision capacitive sensing circuit scheme to achieve small electric charge read out is very important.

The system functions include real time read outs of the physical data through the DMA/ CBLT, preliminary assembling and processing of data, transmission of data to the readout PC through the network, and interfacing with the run-control system.
